Export Yandex.Metrica reports for reconciliation

For a proper optimization, we need to receive reports containing key indicators.
This report is set up when your manager has informed you about the start of the campaign.
Report should contain data strictly for the last day, not for all period. If for some reason the report was not configured on time, you need to provide your manager with statistics for the previous period.
If several campaigns of one advertiser are launched, you need to make reports separately by each tag.

1. Export a standard report

How to do it step by step:

  • Navigate to “Reports”, select “UTM tags”:

  • Below, under the graph you will find “Metrics”. Please select all necessary indicators: Visits, Visitors, Refusals, Visit depth, Time on website, Robot activity:

In the opened window, fill in the fields:

  • Report name
  • Email address of report recipients. You can specify several addresses separated by commas.
    Then schedule, when and how often the report should be built:
  • daily — report will be built in the mornings during two months;
  • weekly — report will be built on Mondays during six months;
  • monthly — report will be built on the first day of each month during 12 months.

Once you select one of these schedule variants, you will see the date until which you will receive reports. You can prolong this period as well.
Please click Save schedule. The report will be made after a while.

2. Export report with regular s_trk

Please navigate to “Reports”, select “Content”, then select “By URL parameters”:

Then select necessary date, source, and export data as XLSX:
